Broadwater Pavilion

Broadwater Pavilion, the home of Guildford Rugby, is conveniently located between Guildford and Godalming, just off the A3 and a 10 minute walk from Farncombe station, making us the perfect venue for any event.

Our adaptable facilities, combined with our hospitality team’s 30+ years of event management experience, in a beautiful setting, all add to a winning combination.

As a family friendly venue, we pride ourselves on being community driven and are able to host a wide variety of events including weddings, christenings, birthday parties, corporate and team building days, celebrations of life and funeral receptions.

Our large grounds and well-appointed club house allow us to host sporting festivals, firework nights, charity events and corporate fun days.

The full venue can host a total of 260 people inside with our large car park able to hold 200 cars. We have two different room options available for hire and are able to cater for any size reception. Our experienced and conscientious team are onsite to help with your event from start to finish.

Our bar lounge area is warm and inviting, with sofas, comfortable seating, a roaring wood fire, and soft wood furnishings, and is able to accommodate up to 60 people.

For a larger gathering we have our main function room which is light and airy, dressed with soft white drapes, and is a blank canvas for any event up to 200 people. Both of our reception rooms are on the first floor, we have an accessibility lift and toilet on this floor as well as regular toilets on both the ground and first floor.

Our in-house chef uses locally sourced produce to offer a range of menus, from BBQs, cold and hot buffets, bowl food and more formal 3 course meals.
