GRFC Coaching Co-Ordinator Stuart James is putting together a weekly series of Lockdown Workouts to keep us all on our toes – and he does mean all of us!

Each session focuses on core skills and simple exercises that can be useful to all players (and spectators), regardless of age or stage.

Whether you are just starting out or starting every week, the sessions can be done at home (inside or out, so no wet weather days) and cover essential skills to help you on the field (with a few tips from international players thrown in for good measure…)

Each weekly session will be uploaded here, and we want to see your hard work in action so get in touch @guildfordrugbyclub!
