Using butchering skills that are honed by years’ of experience, you can taste the difference with the succulent flavour and texture of superbly prepared meat straight from our counter to your table, a far cry from the bland supermarket product.

As well as the day-to-day cuts of meat, we also supply the traditional cuts that no longer appear on the shelves of the big supermarkets.
