Training

Every Tuesday and Thursday @7.30pm till 9.00pm approx with a fully qualified physiotherapist attending both Tuesdays and Thursdays during the training times. The gym is open every day for members, Monday to Friday for additional fitness

Who Can Join?

As with any club our doors are open for players of all standards, to come and train and eventually play in any of our 5 senior teams. Our senior section now enables serious players to develop their game whilst also allowing the newer or more social players to participate in a more relaxed environment with the 3rd team.
