Terms & Conditions

• Entry will be allowed only with tickets purchased in advance – limited tickets may be available to purchase on the night.
• Tickets are non-refundable, and must not be sold on.
• Limited pre bookable parking is available onsite. (Please note lighting across the car park site is somewhat limited so we advise you to bring a torch).
• If weather conditions pose a risk to health and safety, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
• If high winds occur during the event, we reserve the right not to light the bonfire, if we believe it poses a safety risk. If this situation arises, but the fireworks do take place, no refunds will be offered.
• Please do not bring sparklers or any other type of fireworks with you, to ensure fun and crowd safety.
• Dogs and pets are not permitted (except for service dogs)
• Please dress appropriately and bear in mind that the grass areas will get muddy if it is wet!
• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

FAQs

Q - What time does the event start?

Gates open at the Rugby Club at 18:00/6pm. Entrance also available  from the Broadwater Lake side  by path.

Q - What time are the fireworks and bonfire?

Subject to conditions on the day we anticipate the fire will be lit and fireworks are scheduled to launch at 20:00/8pm.

Q- Will there be food and beverages on site?

Fully licenced bars will be available and Hot Drinks. Various food offerings will also be on site including Veggie/Vegan options.

Q- Can I bring sparklers/fireworks?

A- No, please do not bring any form of sparklers or fireworks on to the site

Q- Will there be toilet facilities?

Yes the ground floor club house toilets will be available

Q- Can I access the Clubhouse bar?

The Clubhouse will be hosting a ticketed private event for Rugby and Croquet club members so please note the evening activities are outside and we advise you to dress for the weather.

Q- Is there parking available?

There are a limited number of onsite parking spots available and are only available on the ticket site for pre-sale in the add-ons section. They will be no parking available on site outside of this and we would expect surrounding roads to be busy so wherever possible suggest you come on foot.

Q - Are there any ticket concessions?

Yes there’s early bird discounts available for first 250 tickets sold. For under 3's there is no entrance fee and likewise for carers for the disabled.

Q- I've got problems with my ticket.
